- We have created a work chart for all levels of the organization and we have specified everyone’s responsibilities and authorities, required skills and hazards.
- We offer courses to our new personnel in order to help them familiarize with organizational culture.

- Our IT based organizational communication system has made it easy for our personnel, managers and director to communicate with each other.

- We issued our organization’s code of ethics in 2012.
- Since 2013, we have offered DISC training workshops to our personnel, in order to improve our leadership skills.
